Abstract

The article analyzes concepts of population (2007), migration (2012) and family policies (2014) adopted in Russia in the twenty-first century. Particular attention is given to consideration of the concept of demographic policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, as well as the impact that the document and its 2001 predecessor had on the development of regional demographic concepts. The paper analyzed in detail shortcomings at the development stage of all concepts (two demographic, one migration and one family), and suggests possible areas of improving such documents in the future.
