Abstract

Official statistics and the results of sociological studies record both a high migration outflow of young people, and serious migration intentions to leave because of dissatisfaction with various aspects of life, as well as lack of confidence in the future. The problem of migration outflow, and, therefore, the socio-economic development of the territory, is aggravated by the transformation of the social structure of society (its aging), the low level of social activity of young people, their social disunity, dominance of personal life values.
