Management culture as an object of sociological cognition

The paper substantiates the need to utilize cultural factor in resolving management problems. System-building role of spiritual and cultural regulators in the whole of societal interacting forces is demonstrated. Management culture is understood as an ability of a social subject to use existing social and spiritual values for the sake of optimizing his/her activities. It is concluded that management culture evolves more rapidly than social relations.
