Making of hired worker under transformation conditions

The paper investigates problem situation associated with the maximum degree of alienation among Russian employees from participating in ownership. Basing on a comparative analysis of the employment behavior of skilled workers in enterprises of different ownership forms in dynamics between 1994 and 2011 the possibilities and limitations to become a salaried employee of a market type are illustrated.
