Abstract

The article gives a constructive criticism of a number of provisions put forward by D.A. Davydov regarding the trends in the formation of post-capitalist relations in modern society. The authors emphasize that the study of such relations will be incomplete if it does not include an analysis of the processes taking place in a number of countries that are following a different path than the leading countries with a capitalist economy. Appealing to the practices of the PRC and a number of other countries, the authors pay attention to the development of relations that form the values and motives of collective, solidarity activity for the benefit of society and may be qualified as real germs of socialism. This is typical not only for China, which is building socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also for countries that retain capitalist system, but at the same time are forced to turn to relations that are socialist in content in order to strengthen the economy and reduce social contradictions.
