Аннотация

Статья посвящена обзору основных подходов и современных тенденций в использовании телефонных опросов в социологических исследованиях. Телефонные опросы остаются одним из самых быстрых и дешевых способов первичного сбора данных в социологических и маркетинговых исследованиях; они в наибольшей степени соответствуют требованиям к репрезентативным исследованиям. Именно в телефонных CATI-опросах реже встречаются фальсификации данных и ошибки измерения, связанные с «эффектами интервьюера». В статье описаны подходы и стратегии, касающиеся проведения опросов – социально-демографические особенности владельцев стационарных и мобильных телефонов, формирования выборок с двумя основами и проблемы множественности, практики отбора респондентов и проведения интервью, процедуры взвешивания собранных данных, сделаны оценки отказов и кооперации респондентов. В заключении описаны подходы к проведению телефонных опросов в России.
